When will my Direct Deposit be available?
With direct deposit, we make your funds available when we receive the payment instruction rather than the typical banking practice of posting funds only at settlement. That means you can get paid up to 2 days faster.
Please note: Early availability of funds requires payor’s support of direct deposit and is subject to the timing of payor’s payment instruction. Your Card Account must be active and in good standing in order for electronic direct deposits to be processed, and fraud prevention restrictions may delay availability of funds with or without notice. We must also have completed your identity verification. Processing of a direct deposit requires that the name associated with the direct deposit be the same as the name associated with the account.
You may be able to track your deposit using the Direct Deposit Tracker in the Online Account Center/mobile app. In case of a delay with your direct deposit we suggest calling your employer/ payment originator directly.
